Debut Perdana, Emiten 'Cap Tikus' Langsung Kasih keuntungan15,38%

Emiten minuman beralkohol, PT. Jobubu Jarum Minahasa Tbk (BEER) resmi mencatatkan sahamnya di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI).

 

Mengutip prospektusnya, produsen minuman Cap Tikus 1978, Daebak Soju, dan Daebak Sparks akan melepas paling banyak 800 juta saham baru dari BEER akan mendapatkan dana segar sebesar Rp 176 miliar.

 

PT Jobubu Jarum Minahasa Tbk mengalami oversubscribe sebanyak 20 kali dari jumlah saham yang ditawarkan.

 

Dalam debut perdananya, saham BEER naik 15,38% ke harga Rp 260 per saham dari harga penawaran. Dan harga terendah BEER di level Rp 228 per saham.

 

Komisaris Utama Jabubu Jarum Minahasa, Nicho Lieke mengungkapkan, aksi korporasi dengan melepas sahamnya di pasar modal atau dukungan dari Kementerian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif.

 

"Terimakasih kemenpar Sandiaga Uno. Atas arahan kementerian program kemenpar IPO kami bisa berdiri disini," ujarnya di gedung BEI Jakarta, Jumat (6/1).

 

Dana hasil IPO tersebut sebesar 5,26% atau sebanyak Rp 9,25 miliar akan digunakan untuk pembelian tanah dari pihak ketiga yang berlokasi di Desa Jetis, Kecamatan Tengaran, Kabupaten Semarang Jawa Tengah seluas kurang lebih 2 hektar. Tanah ini untuk dibangun fasilitas produksi baru.

 

Selanjutnya 6,11% atau sebesar Rp 10,47 miliar atau dana segar dari IPO untuk membangun fasilitas produksi berupa bangunan pabrik, infrastruktur, gudang bahan baku dan gudang barang jadi.

 

Produk Cap Tikus 1978 yang diproduksi oleh PT Jobubu Jarum Minahasa Tbk juga mendapatkan dukungan dari instansi pemerintah pusat ataupun daerah yaitu mendapat dukungan dari Kementerian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif (KEMENPAREKRAF), Pemerintah Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan, ketua Perhimpunan Hotel dan Restoran Indonesia (PHRI), dan ketua Asosiasi Pengusaha Indonesia (APINDO).

 

Selain mendapat dukungan dari pemerintah dan lembaga organisasi, PT Jobubu Jarum Minahasa Tbk juga tak lepas dari dukungan 30.000 petani Cap Tikus di Sulawesi Utara, melalui dukungan langsung pemerintah provinsi Sulawesi Utara oleh Gubernur Olly Dondokambey dan Wagub Steven Kandow serta Bupati Minsel Franky Wongkar dan Wabup Petra Rembang.

Issuer of alcoholic beverages, PT. Jobubu Jarum Minahasa Tbk (BEER) officially listed its shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

 

Citing the prospectus, beverage manufacturers Cap Tikus 1978, Daebak Soju, and Daebak Sparks will release a maximum of 800 million new shares from the portfolio equivalent to 20% at an offering price of Rp 220 per share. So that BEER will get fresh funds of IDR 176 billion.

 

PT Jobubu Jarum Minahasa Tbk oversubscribed 20 times the number of shares offered.

 

In its debut, BEER's shares rose 15.38% to Rp 260 per share from the offering price. And the lowest price of BEER at the level of Rp 228 per share.

 

President Commissioner of Jabubu Jarum Minahasa, Nicho Lieke, revealed that the corporate action was by releasing its shares in the capital market or support from the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy.

 

"Thank you Ministry of Tourism Sandiaga Uno. At the direction of the ministry, our IPO program can stand here," he said at the IDX building in Jakarta, Friday (6/1).

 

The IPO proceeds of 5.26% or as much as IDR 9.25 billion will be used to purchase land from third parties located in Jetis Village, Tengaran District, Semarang Regency, Central Java covering an area of approximately 2 hectares. This land is for new production facilities to be built.

 

Furthermore, 6.11% or IDR 10.47 billion or fresh funds from the IPO to build production facilities in the form of factory buildings, infrastructure, raw material warehouses and finished goods warehouses.

 

The 1978 Cap Tikus product produced by PT Jobubu Jarum Minahasa Tbk also received support from central and regional government agencies, namely receiving support from the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy (KEMENPAREKRAF), South Minahasa Regency Government, chairman of the Indonesian Hotel and Restaurant Association (PHRI), and chairman of the Indonesian Employers Association (APINDO).

 

In addition to receiving support from the government and organizational institutions, PT Jobubu Jarum Minahasa Tbk is also inseparable from the support of 30,000 Cap Tikus farmers in North Sulawesi, through direct support from the North Sulawesi provincial government by Governor Olly Dondokambey and Deputy Governor Steven Kandow as well as Minsel Regent Franky Wongkar and Wabup Petra Rembang.
